TransHealth Coordinators is a one of a kind organization that works with several medical communities to offer services. By education, intervention and outreach we have helped over 1,200 trans people receive the care they need. 
     If you identify as transgender and are having issues with a health care provider or hospital, we can help. If you need resource information please study this site, or contact us below. There is no reason any person in the transgender community should not hav access to care.
     We also serve the medical community by offering many forms of training. We recognize that not all discrimination is intentional, and work to help eliminate preconceived ideas of what transgender is.
