Be Positive; Transgender HIV Project.

     In 2010 TransHealth Coordinators will be monitoring statistics in the Transgender community for HIV and std's. This information is being compiled to share with the Center for Disease Control [CDC]. The goal is to place a  real face with real statistic for our community to do outreach work with. For too long  the CDC has gotten the statistics from MSM and lesbian information and then applied that towards the transgender community.
